Officer Development Operations

Pro Mujer seeks an experienced database and operations professional to lead Development Operations. The Officer will lead Pro Mujer’s use and continual improvement of using Salesforce, our donor relations database; analyze and benchmark the work of the Development Department; help shape and execute strategies to engage direct response donors; manage gift processing and financial reconciliation; manage data and systems for fundraising campaigns; oversee the Development Department’s budgeting, using the database to maximal effect; and lead a small, important team. The successful Officer will relish analysis and reporting that helps the Development Department set in motion priorities and evaluate outcomes, and will enjoy managing projects and colleagues.
