The Company I work in as (as a franchisee) is as helpful as a hat full of snakes, with regard to Salesforce our "Salesforce guy" is either under instruction to be, or is unobtainable with regard to our Salesforce requirements or does not know what he is doing? All I want is a spell check on quotes and invoicing and to sync with google calendar. You would think I'd asked for a manned space station. What is the cost to implement as we have been to the moon, surely this is not impossible? I really am asking to myself why I pay all this licensing fee and not getting what I need. Can anyone help or suggest a move forward instead of getting the brush off from the selfish and incompetent. Regards, Paul.
