SFDC Developer needed for a direct hire role in Baltimore, MD - WILL SPONSOR

Looking for a SFDC lead with a combination of development skills and communication skills. The SF platform is essential to the business’ success, and this is a chance to own and lead the function for a $100M organization. Your work will play a huge role in driving sales and supporting business decisions, and you will directly impact the company’s bottom line. • They have the basics in place, so this position will mainly focus on ideation, innovation, and trying new things rather than implementation. • Work with product owners and scrum masters to solve problems and determine whether to develop custom solutions or use out of the box solutions. • Develop custom solutions or implement available solutions when applicable. • The focus is on SalesForce development, but there will also be an opportunity to work with and learn other technologies such as Java and AWS. If you can accomplish the above, you’ve got what it takes.
