I need some help with managing our unsubscribe list in Salesforce. We send marketing emails and newletters from ExactTarget to reports in Salesforce and, as you know, there is only one email opt out checkbox so when someone clicks on the unsubscribe link from the email, they are automatically unsubscribed from everything. I’d like to be able to have the ability to manage unsubscribes associated with our newsletters and other types of mailings on an individual basis. I have spoken to our team at Navatar, general customer service at Salesforce and a third party developer on the ExactTarget side and I’ve either gotten no help or advice that I don’t believe will really solve our problem.
