Dispatching/Invoicing App

Looking to have a basic object "Dispatches" created that creates dispatches for a freight brokerage. This would combine data from existing SF objects and consolidate the data into contracts that would be be used to dispatch trucking companies. as well as to confirm orders with customers. for example: my current objects in SF: (that the new object would pull data from are) 1. Accounts (bill to:) 2. Shippers/Consignees (pickup/drop off points) 3. Carriers (trucking companies hauling the loads) The new "dispatches" object would also include other fields such as trailer types, special instructions, revenue, cost etc. each dispatch should be able to be emailed and/or printed off (one would have data for the customer to see and one for the carrier to see.) currently we use a dispatch software, however since we plan to have our data in SF we might as well dispatch / and create invoices directly out of SF. Ultimately once the order has been completed (shipment delivered) I need to have the data exported to Quickbooks for accounting and the record to display the completed status.
