Likely a two step process: Step 1: We are looking for someone to review how we are using sf and offer suggestions to improve efficiencies. Duplicate Checking is needed. Step 2: Learn our desired process of converting prospects to customers and migrating them between sf and QuickBooks. DBsync has been purchased. Basically we would like to have QB DBase (Active Customers) reside in SF along with prospects. We are looking for process to use SF to methodically touch current customers with Marketing objectives.
