Custom field mapping from Salesforce to Google Calendars

We are a service company and need specific work order information from each work order to be mapped to a calendar event. We need to get the following custom fields from our Salesforce CRM to Salesforce Calendars or Google Calendars (it will likely be Google Calendars). I want to tranfer the values from the accout object (parent object) on to the (child object) which is task under activites. Upper portion of event that will be visable by hovering over event: Start Date, Completion Date, Time Frame, Account Name, Property Address, Property City, Unit Number Lower portion of calendar event: Primary Contact Cell Phone Phone Main Office Number Email Invoice Email 1 Number of Bedrooms Living rm Dining rm Hall Family rm Office Stairs Rec rm/Great rm Other Condition Pet Issue Blacklight Inspection High Soil/Stain Levels Red/Bright Color Removal Field Notes Additional Notes
