Creating an app in the App Exchange

We are a cloud based recurring billing app that is looking for a developer or team of developers to build us an app inside the app exchange. We want the app to create and update some basic fields people want to know. Status of the subscription, Next billing date, what Plan they're on ect. All of these fields are available via our REST API and Web hooks. Once this first phase is rolled out, we may start adding some more in depth functionality like displaying invoices, creating a subscription when a quote gets signed and so forth.
