Designer needed for set-up of SF for London Charity

We are the British Institute of Human Rights, an independent human rights charity in London with ~ten employees. We are looking for a developer to help us with the implementation of a Sales Force database for the charity. We have around 5000 data subjects, and we have website that we would like the database to be integrated with, which is built onto the Raising IT platform. We don't have particularly large data requirements. Ideally I would like to start the process next week. Must be London based, please no requests from outside of the UK. I am not sure what skill/language is required for this.
