SMART kapp is seeking someone who has the passion and experience to know what it takes to build and nurture a support community and membership program from scratch one that promotes and protects the brand, and drives engagement with its members. And as the voice and face of the community, you will work closely with the Customer Experience team, Marketing team and others to create and execute programs that encourage participation, and improve our ability to reach and adopt new members. We're looking for someone creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, who "gets" online support communities, and really shines when it comes to directly engaging members. You should have the unique ability to influence and steer member discussions, mitigate brand damage, and keep the community safe and productive for all members.
