Automated process to extract Salesforce activities and send to a web service

The Morris Group, Inc, a distributor of high tech manufacturing machinery is seek a Salesorce devloper to build an autmated visual basic application that will extract sale activities using the Salesforce API's and send them to a web service supplied by a Morris vendor over an internet connection.
