Responsibilities • Provide for the development and deployment of Salesforce, and/or enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations. • Maintain high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely, and thorough solutions to customer problems. • Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development.
