New and Existing Opportunities

We want to start tagging our business as new or existing. New business = if the opportunity closes (regardless of won or lost) for a company that we have never done business with or if the opportunity closes for a company that we haven't done business with in over 12 months. This shouldn't take too long. Potentially looking for a firm we can hire again should we need anything. Thanks.
