POSITION SUMMARY A CRM Support Specialist performs administration of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software products. Run necessary system backups. Provide technical support and troubleshoot software application related issues. May also perform installation, configuration, or tuning. CORE EXPECTATIONS This position will be responsible for maintaining all aspect of the Calabrio CRM system. Including the following: •Developing reports and dashboards •Maintaining data integrity. Including purging data when required •Developing key interface usability for key departments like Sales, Marketing and Support •Managing all aspect on interoperability to other systems like Jira, etc. CORE COMPENTENCIES •Managed other CRM systems like MS Dynamics; SF.com, etc. •Knowledgeable in data exchanges and importing and exporting of key databases •Basic knowledge of software engineering EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION •4-year college degree •preferred knowledge of IT •CRM experience required ; CRM Salesforce.com preferred To apply to this career opportunity follow this link: https://home.eease.adp.com/recruit/?id=954461
