Vacation/Holiday Rental Application

We are looking to design a holiday/vacation rental application using cloud scalable architecture. We are an agency that manage units across the globe therefore the site needs to be able to handle different pricing in different currencies. Critical Functionality: Owners should be able to manage their units directly, create new units, upload photos/videos/text in a standard CMS way. Owners should be able to set pricing in their local or currency of choice. Owners should be able to add extras, at their own prices (either as a one off or as a function of the length of time of the rental) Owners pay a subscription fee, a function of the number of units Units should show a live calendar of availability, bookings (where confirmed) should immediately update this Clients should be able to pay their deposit or total bill. Notes: Using scalable building blocks is key, if it is better to use Lodigx to provide calendaring that is absolutely fine and indeed recommended.
