My 1st objective is to move a data from a custom object over to the standard Asset Object in Salesforce.  I have the data in an excel file that has many contacts accounts and real estate properties and associated data fields.  I need these mapped to a new asset object.  In the process I would like a script that automatically combines duplicate contacts, accounts, and real estate based on the date sold.  This is a fairly complex task but if you are a data expert it should not be too difficult.

My 2nd task is to create a very simple web page that I can host on Sites in Salesforce.  In the future there will be many upgrades to the site.  At this time I just need to get a simple static page that lets people know we are open for business and has a brief description of what is to come.

Please on;y respond to this post if you are either a data expert or a Sites expert.   I have already wasted a year with unqualified and or enresponsive developers.
