Saleforce Developer – SFDC – POS / EPOS / Retail solution

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to develop a custom solution for a Retail business. The project will be developer from scratch and need to incorporate either a POS or EPOS type solution – we are however most open to ideas! The project will be ongoing as the system will continue to evolve. We need someone who has a solid salesforce background and can understand our requirements and then to develop a custom solution. Our system will require API, Workflow and implementing many apps also. It will be done in phases and we are currently working on phase1.
