We are a competitive telecom company and are looking for someone to build the integration of the Salesforce Open CTI adapter 4.0 and softphone to work with our Metaswitch softswitch. We need pretty basic call center functionality such as log in, log out, incoming call screen pop, auto logging of call record and wrap up. We need the basic softphone functionality that comes with the demo softphone for the Salesforce call center. We are using the Professional Version of Salesforce but would upgrade to Enterprise if necessary.
