Salesforce Developer with Real Estate Experience Needed

We are a Real Estate Company that just purchased Propertybase which is a real estate app built on the Force.com platform. Propertybase is missing the Property Management components we need. Our business consists of sales, renovations as well as leasing and property management and Propertybase is mostly geared towards Sales. We are looking for a Force.com/Salesforce expert to create the necessary objects for data migration from our current property management CRM, Appfolio, to Propertybase.(this includes transferring all property, contact, lead and accounting data) as well as customizing or creating features within Salesforce/Propertybase including Automation and Workflows, Email Templates and Dashboards & Reports. We will also need to be able to integrate a Document Generation program such as Conga Composer, an electronic signature program (Echosign or Docusign), and Quickbooks for accounting. We are also in need of several Force.com sites for our Property Management, Investment Property Sales and our Traditional Sales divisions. This will be an ongoing job.
