Looking for a SFDC developer who can augment the development output at the company as well as provide insight into some of the ongoing SFDC work. The company provides a multitude of services with the majority of services telephony/call center based. Responsibilities: - Work in a team to integrate a brand new AVAYA PBX phone system and the Salesforce platform as the standard technologies moving forward. The AVAYA handles the phone calls, and Salesforce manages both the call scripts and the CRM data based on the call. - Build call scripts as VisualFlows and integration with Rightfax API (and other Communications platforms) - Utilize a VisualForce page to pop the script Skills: VisualForce, Apex, and system integration experience (SOAP, REST)
