Commercial Real Estate CRM

A robust commercial real estate CRM geared towards helping the broker. Dbase to include contacts, opportunities, assignments, properties, comps, active requirements, geo spatial analytics, reporting, and more. The system would be an assemblage of modules (Salesforce, GeoPoint, SpatialKey, Conga Reports, and a marketing tool similar to Marketo. It would integrate with Google Earth to view tenants, owners, developers, brokers & properties as dot on buildings/land. The system would be cloud based and available via mobile and web. Have the ability to create intuitive ipad tour packages, brochures, web pages, etc. at the press of a button. I'm currently using a SalesForce commercial real estate app and have assembled and tested most of the add-on modules. I've also integrated with Google Earth and other geospatial apps. I basically have a working prototype, but I'm not a programmer and need a professional developer to add enhancements and make more user friendly.
