Website integration and setup with Salesforce

- activate the web forms on our new web site (3) allowing user to submit their preliminary and/or complete details, which will upload to Salesforce directly - activate contact us form which goes directly to salesforce - all customers who arrive on website and/or by phone call (and entered into salesforce manually by us) must be tracked in salesforce with unique campaign ids etc. - setup BIzible salesforce app - setup email salesforce marketing app (eg. ExactTarget Email Marketing) to handle triggered emails, and bulk email (from lists we buy) - setup salesforce five9 app to integrate with five9 cloud phone system (We have an existing PBX) for inbound and outbound calls - setup auto email/dialer triggers based on the various events, including open/stale leads - setup salesforce staff area to process leads and complete the various tasks (including document generation, issuance of esigning documents pending signature etc.) which are required to close the lead - integrate some of the various tasks to the five9 dialer - setup esigning salesforce app such as Adobe for allowing customer to esign documents - payment processing & quickbooks integration
