Convert case line items to opportunity line items

We are looking for a developer to enable us to create Case line items that we can then move into a quote. Our workflow is as follows: Create Case > Create Case Line Item > Edit Case Line Items > Create Opportunity Line Items from Case Line Items > Create Quote Please let me know if this is something you can program and your time/price estimate. It is very important for us to be able to move the "case line items" into the opportunity and then into the quote.
