Assistance needed with Force.com App development

Our company, RIA in a Box LLC, is in need of the services of an experienced Salesforce developer to prepare an application for AppExchange publication. We have developed a working prototype of this app using in-house development resources, but this code must be re-written, improved, and covered by unit test classes before it is ready for submission to the Partner Program's approval process.
