I am fairly new to sales force. What I am looking to accomplish: My door to door sales teams are adding 60-80 new customers a day, They are negotiating service contracts/pricing on the spot then scheduling the service technician for the first appointment. Currently they carry a 2 part paper contract and clipboard. I want to go mobile and paperless. I would like to provide tablets for our sales people, create a contract that can be filled in and signed on the tablet, then look up our service technicians schedule and set up the appointment. The technicians schedules would need t be updated in real time as there are multiple sales reps scheduling. I would also like to setup sales force to track some specific data, average contract value for each sales rep. Sales to service percentage, Percentage of customers signed up in Auto pay. I think I could figure out how to set this up on my own but it would take several hours to figure it out and implement.
