Iphone and Android App With Salesforce Integration

The company I represent would like to produce an App or Apps that are both iOS and Android compatible. These Apps will record time-keeping information about staff in the field, take a picture, and transmit all the data to our Salesforce database and AWS server. The App will be required to both recall and write to our Salesforce database. There will be end-user functionality, as well as admin functionality.
