New Listing Alert

Hi, My name is Kevin Simpson-Verger, I'm a real estate broker in need of an application to be created. Currently I'm using Sales Force and need an app that can be easily integrated to my system. I'm still setting up my sales force CRM and becoming adjusted to this new system. I call the app needed, "New Listing Alerts." When a lead is added into the pipeline, the administrator has the ability to add some parameters. Say the lead is looking for single family homes in Seattle, WA in neighborhoods such as Wedgewood, Maple Leaf and Roosevelt between $300,000-500,000 with at least 3+ bedrooms, and 1.75 bathrooms, built after 1971, lot size .25 acre+. The administrator can set up these parameters so that any new listing that hits the MLS will automatically be sent to the lead within minutes. This app will need a direct feed from the MLS. In my case the NWMLS for WA. All this information will be tracked as well in the leads information under an area saying when the listing was sent and how many times they opened it and at what times. I'm going to pay a fixed price for this project.
