Sr. Salesforce Developer

We are a member of the SalesForce Partner Program and are searching for a Sr. Salesforce Developer who can excel in a challenging environment Who we are: Incapsulate provides services from conception to delivery. Responsibilities: - Take a leadership role in helping advance and support our SalesForce Practice. - Assist in training and mentoring of Jr. Developers and growing the current SalesForce team. - Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required. - Review business requirements to develop functional and non-functional system requirements. - Participates in analysis and design activities. - Responsible for the development activities using the Force platform. - Help create integration and development project plans and designs. Required Skills: - Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience. - Experience with the SFDC toolkit (Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Apex Data Loader, etc. - Proven track record of delivering results. - Excellent communication skills
