Salesforce Project Manager

Senior Project Manager responsible for managing outsourced development project team. Must be able to understand the big picture, be fully engaged, recognize issues, manage project details and manage external vendor relationships. Lead all aspects of project management for an aggressive vendor software implementation schedule with multiple integration points. Will provide detailed project planning, budgeting and administration. Demonstrate decisive, resourceful and collaborative expertise that favorably impacts the results of project initiative as a leader who delivers successful results on time and within budget. Prior experience managing the implementation or upgrade of Salesforce.com is highly preferred. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business/health care or related field, master’s degree preferred - Minimum five to seven years of demonstrated multi-dimension project management experience. - PMI certification preferred and CSM (Certified Scrum Master) preferred - Prior experience managing large complex projects within a health insurance organization - Demonstrated ability to lead business/IT-based initiatives to a successful outcome
