Part of our sales process is to book a customer in for a demonstration of our services. We only have two types of events, online and in office demonstration. What we want is that when a demonstration event is created in salesforce that a template could automatically by fired via a workflow, that would include the time date and type for example: Hello _____ You have been booked in for an ______ demonstration of our software system on the ______ at ____ o'clock. If it is an inhouse demonstration we want it to copy in our address below the above information (This may mean doing a different template for each type of demonstration). Please respond if you have any questions etc. We are very interested in getting this sorted as soon as possible. Please respond with details of how you will achieve, this, how long and what the costs are. Regards, Jacob
