Build Api between our Marketing platform and SF

Give the user the ability to build a marketing list they want to send over to our platform www.evolvedoffice.com .. these lists will include email (mandatory) then optionally first name, last name, Company, etc. the etc is any other data they want to send over from sales force they might want to include in the marketing collateral they are going to send out. this list is then broadcasted through our system.... once the results start coming in you will periodically grab the data from our database via a web service we have created once info back in SF user should be able to look up lists at the user level see what was clicked on look up lists at the admin level see what was clicked on Users should also be able to build lists from the lists they built before user should be able to build lists from those that responded to email
