Basic Customization and User Portal Setup

Signed up for Premier Support, but need someone who can help us get our Contacts, Campaigns, Products, and Custom Tabs set up as well as Customer Portals in a timely fashion. Fixed price or hourly rate, just need to visit to get a good idea of time required. Some already done. I have no idea of the required skills listed is needed, but I had to pick something.
