The Sr. Business Manager will play a critical role supporting the sales organization by building the processes and team that facilitates all activities that directly support sales. As a part of the sales management team, this position will be involved in all business issues and strategies relating to the operations of the sales department as well as long term strategic planning. It will contribute to the growth of the company through strategy creation and implementation. The successful candidate must be a passionate and proactive visionary in driving full end-to-end process automation across the company from a sales team perspective. The candidate must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, detail-oriented, quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
