Independent Salesforce Developer

I'm looking for a Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV401) in a freelance capacity to assist in my growing consultancy business. I have an immediate need for someone with Salesforce1 experience and another upcoming project to assist in converting a Java web application to Salesforce. A working knowledge of Pardot would be a definite asset but not strictly required. You will work at your own facility so you can be located anywhere in the world. Note however I am located in Ontario, Canada so preference will be given to those in a compatible time zone (we are Eastern, UTC -04:00).
