Salesforce.com Solution Architect (Medtronic)

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with customers to define functional and technical requirements (design, workflow, lay-out). • Develops and maintains the application architecture for the sales, marketing and service business functional areas in compliance with the enterprise architecture. • Provides oversight on the architecture and design of salesforce.com within Asia Pacific • Responsible for the SFDC release management, prioritizing and coordinating the projects within Asia Pacific • Leads and participates in assignments concerning development of target conceptual solution designs for salesforce.com. JOB EXPERIENCE • 6 to 10 years of relevant consulting or industry experience with at least 5 years of experience managing large technology engagements • 4+ year Salesforce.com experience with in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce.com platform and applications SKILLS/COMPETENCIES • Good functional understanding of salesforce.com application portfolio (Sales, Service, Portal, Mobile, Chatter etc.) and its capabilities and limitations
