Day to day in-house architect for Salesforce.com and other sales automation tools with the goal of providing a 360 degree view of the customer relationship, and throughout the company to help Peak-Ryzex decrease the cost of customer acquisition, maximize up selling/cross selling, increase sales process efficiencies, achieve more accurate and timely data and improve overall customer service. Current Sales automation tools in place are Salesforce.com, custom ecomm-web portal for customer orders and reports, EDI. Position to work with business leaders to help grow our internal and external use of Salesforce.com, and increase our % of customer transactions that are automated through either EDI or ecomm/portal methods. Project Management skills required Salesforce.com configuration skills - ie; Roles and profile management - Case, account, and oppty field layouts and management of workflow - Salesforce.com user knowledge- Pipeline and forecasting - Sales enablement programs Best practice user adoption methods - Training users on capabilities and processes within Salesforce.com Training users and customers on ecomm/web portal functionality
