Checkfront/Salesforce Import

I'm looking for someone to assist in developing code that will allow the data input in a custom form in Checkfront to import into an object (related field) tab in Saleforce. The fields are already created in Salesforce. Currently the preset standard data automatically imports (Name, address, phone), but the custom fields need to be manually input. We would like for all of the data in the custom form to import along with the preset standard.
