Salesforce.com Effectiveness Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the effective use and adoption of the company’s CRM system--Salesforce.com-- in support of company-wide advertising sales process. This person is a partner and coach to sales management, sales teams and other internal groups in deriving maximum benefit from SFDC.
