Salesforce Developer

Vista Consulting Group (“VCG”) is the operating and consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners (www.vistaequitypartners.com), a private equity firm that specializes in acquiring software and software related companies. The VCG team works in conjunction with the Vista investment professionals and key portfolio company employees to help current and newly acquired businesses strengthen their operations through the implementation of standardized, repeatable and proven processes and methodologies. VCG is seeking a Salesforce Developer. You will be responsible for design, development, unit testing, post-release support and also the extension of a core set of tools used across the Vista portfolio of software companies. Projects will run concurrently and vary in size, duration and complexity. The Salesforce Developer needs to be a strong problem-solver and thought leader with a history of delivering innovative solutions to business problems. You also will be able to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced team environment and have the ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical staff. This Salesforce Developer role is based in Austin, TX.
