Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations/SFDC Administrator supports the entire Sales organization, focusing on sales operation analysis, sales results, and program management. This is an ideal position for someone with a solid background of success in sales operations and the ability to respond to dynamic job requirements and conditions with a cross-functional team. This position will also serve as the liaison between our global sales teams and our CRM/Salesforce.com solution. Our sales teams rely on Salesforce.com to drive revenue, build and maintain customer relationships, and facilitate the delivery of our product/solution to our worldwide consumer base. As part of our Sales Operations Team, the Sales Operations/SFDC Administrator will conduct system administration, user on-boarding/management, and technical troubleshooting to ensure our CRM solution operate efficiently. 5 years professional experience supporting sales operations in a Salesforce.com environment We're looking to bring someone onboard ASAP with the intention of transitioning them into a full time Fundtech employee.
