Salesforce Integration with eclinicalworks electronic health record System

As a medium sized healthcare provider we are looking to gain visibility/trackability of which doctors refer to us, how many, of what type (radiology vs Orthopedic etc.),from which areas geographically (by city or zip), Billed and Received revenue per referring provider (total revenue from all patients referred by a specific provider). This information would be provided from our EHR, eclinicalworks and presented within a dashboard or other interactive interface within the salesforce platform. Which representative is associated to each provider as well as rep activity logs of each referring provider would need to be entered and maintained in salesforce CRM. We will initially need this to be web based but ultimately would like a mobile version down the road. This is an open inquiry and all serious candidates should feel encouraged to reach out for more information. We have an open budget (not limitless!) and are also looking for quotes for service. Any previous experience with eclinicalworks integration is preferred but all previous health record systems integration experience is a plus.
