Email Resumes to sa@phiz.co Implement, and manage multi-channel CRM technical solutions designed to meet business and customer requirements. Enhance and maintain implementation of Salesforce Service and Sales cloud, Dashboard and Reports, Communities (Customer and Partner) and any custom objects etc. Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, Visual Flow, Page layouts, email alerts and templates, and data validation, triggers and test classes; Develop and maintain Visualforce and Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions, for example PeopleImport, Demand tools, DocuSign, DrawLoop etc. Enhance Salesforce functionality through Apex code and triggers as needed Assist business with De-duping leads, contacts and accounts on on-going basis using CRM Fusion demand tools Data management through data loader Support and enhance Cast Iron integrations Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as Salesforce applications are developed.
