Salesforce Administrator/Developer

Job Functions Partner with business to merge business processes with technology capabilities in order to improve ongoing sales, marketing and customer service efforts.Leverage best practices to drive sustainable and maintainable business improvements. Operate as part of an agile and talented support team. Provide excellent customer service.Ensure business critical applications are available and operational. Qualifications Required 2+ years working with Salesforce.com SalesCloud, ServiceCloud and/or AppExchange marketplace. Salesforce.com admin certification required. Experience with Salesforce.com platform development using Apex and/or VisualForce. Strong sense of initiative. Able to anticipate business needs and offer solutions before the customer is asking for fixes. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be able to both distill business processes to understand intent and troubleshoot technology processes to determine root cause. Strong time management and prioritization skills: Able to identify highest priority tasks and work efficiently.
