We are currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for Sales & Marketing. The BSA is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and eliminating business barriers using advanced systems analysis techniques and procedures while supporting Salesforce.com system, with a focus on Sales and Marketing processes and technologies. The BSA will lead major technology-related projects from creation through implementation, and will work with various functional owners to design new business processes. In addition, this position will act as a liaison between the technical team and functional users to gather business requirements, provide analysis, develop project plans, facilitate meetings, and determine system functional specifications for the development, documentation, and testing of the CRM and related systems.
