Working with stakeholders from various functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT), this individual provides system administration, project management, data management, and technical support to Salesforce.com end users. This individual will play a vital role in implementing product enhancements, including custom objects, workflow management, email alerts, page layout, data utilities, triggers, campaigns, workflow rules and security, as well as provide training support for new/existing users. This position also oversees work being completed by third party resources and inclusion of internal IDEXX Systems.
