Force.com Development Lead/Architect 6 - 12 months Northern Illinois • 7 + years of experience in rapid application development on the Force.com platform. The applications themselves (eRoss and RADaR) will be true workflow apps that include user production and decision support. • Ability to understand and forecast Force.com application development demand. • Ability to audit Force.com migration work of the offshore team. • Ideally, this person will also have some working Force.com architect experience as he/she will also participate in strategic application Force.com discussions and assessments. • Foundation experience with Veeva would be nice to have but is not required.
