Business Analyst - SFDC SME

Autodesk is looking for a SME to act as single point of contact with SFDC for the resolution of functionality and performance issues. Some of the other cool things you get to do: > Build a deep understanding of current business processes and map against future state. > Define the impact of requirements on upstream and downstream SFDC solution components; providing recommendations to management on how to integrate requirements with current systems and business processes > Work with Training resources to assist in the development of training materials (e.g., FAQs, user guides, workflow charts) and training delivery as needed; > Support continuous process improvement by maintaining a thorough understanding of current business processes and how they functionally align with other business areas Oh yeah, you’ll need to have… > Expert (5+ years) knowledge of SFDC with certifications (i.e. Certified Systems Administrator of Salesforce.com, Certified Salesforce.com Consultant, etc.) > 5+ years of Business Analyst and Business Process Reengineering experience in a high tech company > Based in the Bay Area So let’s get in touch… > glen.beaton@autodesk.com > 603-836-4252
