Looking for Salesforce Developer and Consultant

We are a Small Business that is looking for simple ways of automating operational functions with SalesForce. Sales take time to develop, more liek a freight train than a rocket ship. Experience with Broker type business a plus We buy equipment from companies and sell to others Sometimes we sell equipment to companies and buy from our vendors. Building or Integrating CPQ system. Just tracking product, cost, sales price and margin. Goals are to leverage mass email and start tagging prospects as new information is found or types of activities that are hit via links clicked or pages visited on our site. In addition, looking to integrate a Voice Drop system and automate email and follow cadence from a single push of a button Integrate Web Tracking and Web to Lead transfer to Salesforce. Tag appropriate Lead labeled as prospect Integrate Reporting to determine hot prospects and opportunity tracking. I know enough about salesforce to be dangerous but looking for someone to work to either fill in the blanks or work on projects as assigned. I prefer to work with some who follows Agile development. I dont have time to sit down and document every single concept.
