Director of Sales Operations (Salesforce)

The Director of SFE Design & Support (SFE: Sales Force Effectiveness) is responsible for overseeing and directing the design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of a Sales Force Effectiveness platform, and the process associated with it, in support of all sales groups within the Medical Systems Group. The incumbent will direct both internal (needs assessment, project management, quality and integration testing) and external (design, development and delivery) resources in delivering and supporting the platform and will lead a cross functional team in developing and delivering an SFE process that is integral with the platform and anticipates and maximizes the usage of other technical and non technical resources available to the sales and marketing teams. He/She will also oversee the provision of support for all users of the system utilizing both internal and external resources and will manage the team responsible for ensuring the all personnel have access to customer sites as needed through proper credentialing.
