More specifically, you will * technically manage the integration and implementation of CRM tools used by Melexis (SalesForce) * challenge existing business processes and implementations to discover better ways of doing business * work as part of a team to diagnose business problems and translate them into pragmatic Salesforce.com based solutions * analyze the sales related processes and build the appropriate solution in the Salesforce.com environment * perform extensive user testing, give training for the selected information systems and consult and liaise with system stakeholders, members of the IT team and outsourcing partners * support, consult and coach users to apply information technology in order to improve their and the organization’s effectiveness
